We can provide counseling and techniques to benefit your emotional as well as digestive health and improve your overall quality of life.

Our treatments include:

● Stress management,​ which can include talk therapy as well as techniques designed to induce a state of peaceful relaxation, such as yoga or meditation. Hypnotherapy is often used to treat the symptoms of inflammatory bowel disease and dyspepsia, as well as nausea, vomiting, chronic pain, and other physical and psychological discomforts. .
